Launch Strategy & Support

You've got a date in the diary. Let's make it count.

Course, membership, group programme or digital product — I plan the runway, build the assets, run the week, and stay in the room while the cart is open. You get a launch with a plan behind it instead of a fortnight of panic.

30 minutes. Bring your date and your offer, leave with a timeline either way.

Why launches underperform

Launches rarely fail at the start. They die in the middle.

"The cart was open for seven days and I heard nothing after day two."

Almost every launch has the same shape. A rush when the cart opens from the people already sold, silence in the middle, then a scramble at the close. Most of the money is in that last surge, and most people run out of energy before they reach it.

i.

You started too late

Four weeks out is asset-building, not audience-building. The warm-up needed to begin long before the cart did.

ii.

You went quiet mid-week

Two emails at open, nothing until the last day. The middle needs objection handling, not silence.

iii.

You were doing it all yourself

Writing emails at 11pm during your own launch week is how the close gets rushed and the follow-up never happens.

The shape almost every launch takes. The work is keeping the middle warm so the close has something to convert.

The runway

A launch is a season, not a week.

Your best Q4 is built in July. Here's what each stretch of the runway is actually for — hover or tap a marker to see what happens in it.

PHASE 01

Position & plan

Before a single graphic gets made, we settle what you're selling, to whom, at what price and against what date. Most launches that go wrong went wrong here, quietly, eight weeks before anyone noticed.

    What you get

Everything the launch needs, built and run for you.

Not a strategy document and a wave goodbye. I build the assets, wire the tech, write the sequences, and I'm still there on the last day of the cart when it matters most.

    01

    Launch plan & timeline

Dated backwards from your cart close, so every asset has a deadline and you always know what's next.

    02

    Offer & pricing

What's in it, what it costs, what the bonuses do, and whether a payment plan helps or cannibalises.

    03

    Sales page & checkout

Written and built, with the buying flow tested before it meets real traffic.

    04

    Email sequences

Warm-up, open, the middle days, objection handling and the close. The middle is where I spend the most time.

    05

    Content & social runway

The weeks of warming that happen before the cart exists, so launch day meets an audience that's ready.

    06

    Live launch week support

I'm in Slack while the cart is open. Numbers read daily, copy adjusted, problems fixed the same hour.

    07

    Tracking & analytics

So you finish knowing which email sold, which page lost people, and what to change next time.

    08

    Post-launch debrief

What worked, what to keep, and how to turn this launch into an evergreen version of itself.

    Recent launches

    Real dates, real numbers.

A geriatric oral care trainer. Launch strategy, SEO and GoHighLevel automation. 340 leads in the first 30 days, 380 community members, and organic traffic up 450% from 200 to 1,100 visits a month.

Membership · Next Stop Social 25 seatsfounding cohort, capped

Two connected funnels, a lead magnet, nurture sequences and a membership launch built across two distinct audience segments.

Community launch · Grit and Bloom $2,997flagship, $97/mo beneath

A six-level value ladder with email automation and a recurring community, launched as one connected ecosystem rather than a standalone offer.

    Honest fit

    Worth knowing before you book.

Launches are the one service where the wrong timing costs you more than the wrong agency.

This is built for you if

    • You have an offer, a rough date, and at least [ADD lead time, e.g. 8 weeks] before you want the cart open
    • You have an audience to launch to, even a small warm one
    • You're turning over [ADD revenue band]
    • You want someone in the room during launch week, not just before it

Let's talk about something else if

    • Your cart opens in under three weeks. I'd rather help you move the date than rush the runway
    • You have no list and no audience yet. Start with SEO, content or funnels and launch later
    • The offer has never been sold or validated in any form
    • You want the plan only, with nobody running it. That's a different, smaller engagement

    Before you ask

    The questions everybody asks.

How far ahead should we start?

[ADD your minimum lead time] As a rule, the warm-up matters more than the build. Your best Q4 is built in July, and the launches that struggle are almost always the ones that started when the assets were due rather than when the audience needed warming.

Do you run the launch, or just plan it?

I run it. The plan, the assets, the sequences and the live week are one engagement. I'm in Slack while the cart is open, reading numbers daily and adjusting copy the same hour something looks off. Plan-only is possible but it's a different, smaller piece of work.

What if I don't have a big list?

Small and warm beats large and cold, and a founding cohort launch to 25 seats is a perfectly good first launch. If you have no list at all, we should talk about funnels or SEO first and launch once there's someone to launch to. I'll say so on the call rather than take the booking.

Which platforms do you launch on?

Whatever you already run on. systeme.io, GoHighLevel, Kartra, WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify are all fine, with email through Kit, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, MailerLite or Flodesk. If your current setup can carry the launch, we keep it.

    What does it cost?

[ADD starting price] Launch support can be booked on its own or bundled with funnels, email or SEO on a monthly retainer that includes strategy calls, Slack access and analytics reporting.

What happens after the cart closes?

A debrief. What worked, what to keep, which email did the selling, and where people dropped. Most launches are worth rerunning, and several are worth turning into an evergreen version — that decision is much easier with real numbers in front of you.

    Who actually does the work?

I do. Syndivo is me, Krina Shah. You're not handed to a junior in launch week, because there is no junior to hand you to.

    Let's build something beautiful together.

    Ready when
    you are.

"Whether you need strategy, systems, or someone to finally get it done — I'm here."
