Virtual Assistant & Ops Support
Ongoing marketing operations support from someone who already knows the tools, the funnels and the reporting — so nothing needs explaining twice and nothing quietly falls through while you're with clients.
30 minutes. Bring the list of things you keep meaning to get to.
Why hiring help hasn't helped
"By the time I've explained it, I could have done it."
Most people who say a VA didn't work for them weren't wrong about the person. They were handing marketing operations to someone who'd never run marketing operations, and paying for the training in their own hours.
Every task came back for approval, every tool needed a walkthrough. You gained an inbox and lost an afternoon.
Fine at what you spelled out, stuck the moment something needed judgement about your funnel or your list.
When they left, the knowledge left too, and you started again from an empty document.
What changes
This is the shape of the problem rather than a promise about your calendar. Admin doesn't disappear — it stops being yours.
An illustration, not a guarantee. The point isn't the exact count — it's that admin is the only category on here that nobody needs you specifically to do.
The honest comparison
A general VA costs a fraction of this, and for genuinely general work that's the right call — I'll say so if that's what you need. The difference shows up the moment a task requires knowing why, not just what.
What I take on
Building, scheduling and sending broadcasts, plus keeping sequences and segments tidy behind them.
Page edits, broken links, new offers added, forms and checkouts tested before customers find the fault.
Tags, triggers and workflows checked and corrected, so the thing you built six months ago still fires.
Contacts merged, tags rationalised, lists cleaned. Unglamorous, and the reason reporting can be trusted.
Posts, pins and newsletters queued to the calendar we agreed, so publishing stops depending on your week.
Onboarding sequences, access, enrolments, reminders and the small things that annoy people when missed.
Numbers pulled and put in front of you on a rhythm, rather than the week you finally remember to look.
Every repeated task gets documented while it's being done, so the knowledge belongs to your business.
How it runs
We list what's actually taking your time, agree what moves, and set up access properly and securely.
I take the obvious things off you immediately and document them as I go. You start noticing the gap early.
An agreed check-in and a shared list. You add things as they occur to you rather than holding them in your head.
What got done, what's still landing on you that shouldn't, and what to hand over next.
Why trust me with it
A continuing performance reporting engagement delivered on a fixed rhythm. Recurring work is the honest test of ops support, and it's the work I already do.
Syndivo runs on a custom Laravel operations system I designed and built. I systemise my own business before I ask to systemise yours.
Four continents and six build platforms, which means very little in your stack will be new to me.
Honest fit
This is the service where being wrong about fit wastes the most of everyone's time.
Before you ask
[ADD your hours or retainer structure] The honest framing is that you're buying a set of outcomes on a rhythm rather than a block of hours, because hours reward slowness and outcomes don't.
For genuinely general admin, yes, and a general VA is the better buy — I'll tell you that on the call. The difference is judgement. If a sequence misfires or a checkout breaks the day before a launch, you need someone who can see it and fix it, not someone waiting to be told how.
Only what the agreed work requires, set up through proper team or collaborator accounts rather than shared passwords, and revocable by you at any time. We go through exactly what's needed during setup.
Most people underestimate this and then find the list is longer than they thought once someone else can act on it. If it genuinely isn't enough, we scale down or stop. I'd rather that than bill for filler.
[ADD minimum term and notice period] Ops support gets better with time because the SOPs compound, but you shouldn't be locked into something that isn't working.
You keep the documentation. Every repeated task gets written down as it's done, so if we part ways or you hire in-house, whoever comes next inherits a working process instead of a blank page.
I do. Syndivo is me, Krina Shah, which is also why I take on only a small number of ops clients at a time — this service depends on knowing your business properly, and that doesn't scale by adding names.
"Whether you need strategy, systems, or someone to finally get it done — I'm here."
