SEO · AEO · GEO · Local
People now search in four places: Google results, AI summaries, chat assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity, and the local map pack. Being visible in one of them isn't the same as being visible at all.
30 minutes. I'll tell you which of the four you're actually missing from.
Where search actually happens now
"We rank on page one. So why has nobody called?"
Someone types best marketing agency for coaches. Depending on where they type it, they get four completely different sets of results — and being in one of them tells you nothing about the other three. Select a surface to see what wins it.
Local SEO & Google Business Profile
For anything with "near me" or a place name attached, the map pack appears before the first blue link. Getting into those three is a different job from ranking a page, and it turns on things most SEO work never touches: your profile, your categories, your citations and your reviews.
Categories, services, hours, service areas and photos completed and kept current, not filled in once and forgotten.
Your name, address and phone number matching everywhere they appear. Contradictions are what keep listings out of the pack.
A request flow that runs automatically after delivery, so reviews arrive steadily instead of in guilty bursts.
The honest timeline
Anyone promising results next month is selling you something else. The shape below is what compounding actually looks like, and the first three months feel like nothing is happening because, visibly, it isn't.
Illustrative shape, not a forecast. One client's organic traffic grew 450% — from 200 to 1,100 visits a month — over the course of an engagement.
What's included
Crawlability, indexation, speed, Core Web Vitals, redirects and the structural faults quietly capping everything else.
Grouped by topic and intent, mapped to pages, so each page has one job instead of three pages competing.
Titles, meta, headings and internal links written in the words your buyers actually use, not the ones you'd prefer.
Organisation, service, FAQ and breadcrumb markup, which is how machines understand a page rather than guess at it.
Content structured so a question gets a direct answer in the first sentence — the format snippets and AI summaries lift.
Consistent naming, profiles and third-party mentions, so AI tools can tell who you are with confidence.
Profile, categories, citations and a review flow, for anyone whose buyers search with a place attached.
Rankings, traffic, and enquiries — plus periodic checks on whether AI tools mention you when asked.
Recent work
A geriatric oral care trainer. SEO alongside launch strategy and automation, producing 340 leads in the first 30 days and a $9,200 launch week.
An average rather than a best case, across the accounts where organic growth was the brief.
I write publicly on generative engine optimisation and answer engines, and offer AEO/GEO white-label to other agencies. This isn't a service line added last week.
Honest fit
SEO is the easiest service to sell badly, so here's where I'd turn you away.
Before you ask
AEO is answer engine optimisation — being the source Google lifts into its answer box or People Also Ask. GEO is generative engine optimisation — being named when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude for a recommendation. Both reward the same things: clear structure, direct answers, consistent facts about who you are, and being mentioned by sources other than yourself.
Technical fixes show within weeks. Rankings and enquiries generally start moving between months four and six, and the compounding happens after that. If someone promises page one next month, they're selling ads and calling them SEO.
Often not, and I'll say so rather than sell it. Local matters when buyers search with a place attached. If your clients are worldwide and nobody searches for you "near me", that budget belongs in content and GEO instead.
No, and neither can anyone else. What I can commit to is the work that reliably moves rankings, plus reporting honest enough that you can see whether it did.
Because a claim on your own site is just a claim. AI tools and search engines both weigh agreement across independent sources — directories, publications, podcasts, roundups. A brand described consistently in three places is trusted in a way a brand describing itself once is not.
Briefs, structure and optimisation are included. Full article writing pairs with the content writing service, or your writer can work from the briefs — they're built to be handed over.
[ADD starting price] SEO can be booked on its own or bundled with content, web or funnels on a monthly retainer that includes strategy calls, Slack access and analytics reporting.
I do. Syndivo is me, Krina Shah — Semrush certified in SEO fundamentals, plus Google and HubSpot certified. No outsourced link-building, and no reports generated by a tool I've never opened.
"Whether you need strategy, systems, or someone to finally get it done — I'm here."
