Funnels & Automation
Funnels, pages, checkout, email automation, integrations and the conversion strategy holding it together. Designed, built and launched for you, on whichever platform your business already runs on.
30 minutes, no deck, no pressure. You leave with a plan whether or not you hire me.
Why funnels fail
"I built this so you don't have to figure it out alone."
Most coaches I meet aren't short of attention. They're posting, showing up, getting DMs. What's missing is a route from a stranger's first click to a paid client that runs without them standing in the middle of it.
Your lead magnet converts and then the thread goes cold. You need an offer ladder and a nurture sequence, not more content.
Cart opens, a trickle comes in, and you can't see where people dropped. You need a sequence built to a date, with tracking that tells you.
Every sale involves you sending something manually. You need the automation layer that should have been there from the start.
Every gap between two of these stages is somewhere a sale quietly disappears.
What gets built
Most agencies sell you one piece and leave you to connect the rest. The gaps between the pieces are where the money leaks, so I build all six, or tell you honestly which single one you actually need.
The offer ladder first, software second. What the free entry point is, what the first paid step is, what sits above it, and what keeps someone subscribed after they buy.
Platform-agnostic, deliberately
Agencies that only know one tool will always tell you that tool is the answer. I'd rather move you onto the cheapest thing that does the job, and say plainly when you've outgrown it. Migration is included when it's genuinely the right call.

How it runs
Nothing gets built in a black box. You see each stage before the next one starts, which is why first-look approval tends to be the norm rather than the exception.
We start with your offers, not your software. For Grit and Bloom that came out as six levels, from a free entry point up to a $2,997 programme with a $97 a month community sitting underneath it.
Chosen on how you sell and what you already pay for, not on what I prefer building in. If your current tools are fine, we keep them and I'll tell you so.
Copy, design and the buying flow together, because a beautiful page with a clumsy checkout still loses the sale. Next Stop Social ran to two connected funnels and seven custom sections.
Sequences, tags, triggers, calendar, CRM and analytics connected end to end. This is the part still working at 2am while you're asleep.
We go live together and I stay through the first cycle, reading the numbers with you and fixing whatever the data argues with. A launch is a starting point, not a delivery date.
Recent builds
A geriatric oral care trainer. SEO, launch strategy and GoHighLevel automation. Organic traffic grew 450%, from 200 to 1,100 visits a month, with 340 leads in the first 30 days.
Full funnel architecture with email automation and a $97 a month community underneath the flagship programme.
Meta ads and campaign optimisation for a B2B SaaS. Leads went from 5 to 15 a month at $69.87 per lead.
Honest fit
I'd rather tell you now than three weeks in.
Before you ask
Whichever one fits how you sell. systeme.io suits coaches selling courses, memberships and bookings in one place. GoHighLevel suits you if you need a CRM, pipelines and SMS or WhatsApp follow-up. Kartra, HubSpot, WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify are all on the table too. If you're already paying for something that works, we keep it.
Yes, and it's usually cheaper for you. I'll audit what you're paying for on the call and only recommend a migration when your current setup genuinely can't do what your offer needs.
[ADD funnel turnaround] For reference, a ten-page WordPress and WooCommerce site for Lanamelts ran to 20 days from kickoff and was approved on first look.
[ADD starting price] Funnels and automation can be booked on their own, or bundled with SEO, email or launch support on a monthly retainer that includes strategy calls, Slack access and analytics reporting.
Yes. 100+ brands across four continents and twelve industries, including clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Australia and Malaysia. The Texas launch above was run entirely remotely.
I do. Syndivo is me, Krina Shah, certified in systeme.io funnels, Meta ads, Google, HubSpot and Semrush. You're not handed to a junior after the sales call, because there is no junior to hand you to.
Bring it. Often the pages are fine and the offer ladder underneath them is the problem, which is a far cheaper fix than a rebuild. I'll tell you which one you're looking at before you commit to anything.
"Whether you need strategy, systems, or someone to finally get it done — I'm here."
