Social Media Management
Strategy, content, publishing and reporting for the two or three channels your buyers actually use. Not thirty posts a month scattered across eight platforms nobody's reading.
30 minutes. We'll work out where you should actually be before you commit to anything.
Why social burns people out
"I post constantly and it still feels like shouting into a void."
Spread across eight platforms, nothing gets enough attention to compound. The algorithm never learns who you're for, your audience never builds a habit, and you burn a working day a week finding out.
A dormant TikTok, a half-finished LinkedIn, a Pinterest you set up once. Presence without depth reads as abandoned.
Batches when you have energy, silence when you don't. Consistency is what compounds, and inconsistency resets it.
Likes aren't leads. Without reporting tied to enquiries you're optimising for the wrong number entirely.
Same hours, same person, entirely different result. The first step is deciding what to stop doing.
Choosing where
This is the conversation we have on the call, and it usually ends with you dropping something rather than adding one. Pick a channel to see what it's genuinely for.
How consistency actually happens
Nobody sustains original daily content alone, and the people who look like they do aren't. Every month starts with a small number of real ideas, and each one gets rebuilt natively for each channel rather than copy-pasted across them.
What's included
Which two or three you commit to, what each is for, and what we stop doing to make room.
Pillars, angles and a calendar you can see, approved before anything gets made.
Carousels, reels, stories and pins built in your brand, with captions and hooks written to be read.
Queued and posted on the rhythm we agreed, so consistency stops depending on your energy that week.
Bio, links, highlights and headline, so the people who do land on you understand what you sell.
Comments and DMs answered in your voice. Reach is what the replies build, not what the post starts with.
A mid-month check and a full month-end report, so a bad fortnight gets caught while it's still fixable.
Every quarter we look again at whether these are still the right channels. Sometimes the answer is no.
Recent work
Measured across the accounts under management, not a single best-case screenshot pulled out of context.
A continuing social performance engagement with monthly and mid-month reporting, so decisions get made on numbers rather than on how the month felt.
Built alongside a course launch for a geriatric oral care trainer, where social carried the warm-up and the community became the retention layer.
Honest fit
Social is the service people most often buy for the wrong reason, so I'd rather be direct.
Before you ask
I'd rather agree a rhythm than sell you a number. Volume is the wrong unit — thirty forgettable posts lose to twelve that people save and send on. We set the cadence per channel on the call, based on what you can sustain being the face of.
Not constantly, but occasionally yes. Coaching is bought from a person, and accounts that never show one grow far more slowly. We'll find the lightest version that works — batching a month of clips in one sitting is usually it.
Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Facebook, plus short-form video across them. We choose two or three, not all of them, and I'd rather you dropped one than added a fifth.
Profile and positioning changes show up within weeks. Compounding reach takes a quarter or more, which is why the minimum term exists. If you need results faster than that, funnels or paid ads are the honest answer and I'll say so.
A mid-month check and a full month-end report: what published, what performed, what it did for profile visits, clicks and enquiries. Twice a month rather than once, so a fortnight that isn't working gets caught while there's still time to change it.
[ADD starting price] Social can be booked on its own or bundled with content, email or launch support on a monthly retainer that includes strategy calls, Slack access and analytics reporting.
I do. Syndivo is me, Krina Shah. Your captions aren't going to a content farm, which is also why I cap how many accounts I take on.
"Whether you need strategy, systems, or someone to finally get it done — I'm here."
