Building a Full Value-Ladder Ecosystem — From Entry Product to a $2,997 Sprint

Most people sell one thing. The businesses that actually scale build an ecosystem — a path where every person in the audience has a clear next step, at every price point. That’s the difference between a funnel and a growth engine, and it’s exactly what I built for Grit and Bloom.

This is a behind-the-build walkthrough: the strategy, the exact stack, and the order I built it in. If you’ve ever wondered what “we’ll build your funnel” actually involves, this is it.

The client

Grit and Bloom is a content-to-sales creator brand — you can read the whole promise in the entry offer’s name, Scrolling to Selling: helping an audience stop scrolling and start buying. They had a strong signature offer and an engaged audience. What they didn’t have was a ladder beneath and above it — a way to bring new people in cheaply and move the most committed ones toward premium help.

The strategy: design the ladder before you build a single page

The first thing I do — always — is map the value ladder before touching a builder. Pixels are cheap to make and expensive to redo, so the architecture comes first. Here’s the ecosystem we landed on, and the job each rung does:

Level

Offer

Type & job

Entry

Scrolling to Selling

Low-ticket digital product — brings new people in constantly

Order bump

Reel Ideas add-on

One-click checkout add-on — lifts average order value

Bridge

1:1 Slack Support, 14 days

Mid-ticket service — catches buyers who want hands-on help

Bridge +

Slack + funnel + ads setup, 30 days

Done-for-you — a higher-touch step before the top

Community

Skool membership — $97/mo

Recurring revenue — grows the audience, warms leads

High-ticket

4-Week Sprint — $2,997

High-touch 1:1 — monetises the warmest leads

The sequencing is the point: the entry product feeds the community, and the community warms leads for the sprint. Nobody jumps from “never heard of you” to “$2,997” in one leap — each step earns the next.

The stack: what I built it on

A good ecosystem is only as reliable as the tools underneath it. I kept the stack lean and connected, so everything talks to everything and nothing needs babysitting.

Layer

Platform

What it handles

Funnel & checkout

Systeme.io

Sales pages, one-click order bump, checkout, delivery pages

Email & automation

Systeme.io

Post-purchase sequences, bridge nurture, tagging & segmentation

Payments

Stripe

Card payments + the order-bump charge, handled at checkout

Community

Skool

Membership, content, weekly calls, member onboarding

Ads

Meta Ads

Cold traffic to the low-ticket entry offer (launched June)

Sprint booking

Cal.com

Booking and qualifying sprint calls

Why this stack: Systeme.io carries the whole revenue engine — pages, checkout, order bumps, email, and automations — in one place, which means fewer tools, fewer breakages, and one dashboard to watch. Skool is purpose-built for community and recurring billing. Meta brings the cold traffic. Clean and connected beats clever and fragile.

How I built it: the exact sequence

I build in phases, revenue first — so the ecosystem starts earning while the rest is still being built, instead of waiting months for one big launch.

  1. Phase 1 — the revenue engine. Built the Scrolling to Selling sales page (promise up top, proof, one clear buy button), then wired the checkout with the Reel Ideas add-on as a one-click order bump to lift order value. Added the thank-you and delivery page for instant access, built the bridge-offer pages (the 1:1 Slack options) for buyers who want more, then layered in the post-purchase email sequence and the automations — tagging each buyer, triggering the right follow-up, and segmenting so the messaging always fits.
  2. Then the ads. Set up the Meta campaign structure, audiences, and creative direction pointed straight at the entry offer, and launched in the first week of June — so cold traffic now feeds the top of the ladder on autopilot.
  3. Phase 2 — the community. Set up the Skool space, built the community sales/landing page, wrote the member welcome sequence, and structured the weekly call cadence — turning one-time buyers into recurring members and a warm, owned audience.
  4. Phase 3 — the sprint. Built the waitlist page, the full high-ticket sales page, and the launch email sequence, with booking wired to a calendar — so the warmest members have a premium place to go.
  5. Connected the ascension. The real work is the wiring between rungs: a low-ticket buyer is automatically nurtured toward the community, and the community is warmed toward the sprint. That’s what makes it an ecosystem instead of a pile of separate offers.

The revenue model: engineered for $50k/month

The point of a ladder is that you’re not betting the business on one number — there’s more than one path to the goal, which makes it resilient. The ecosystem is designed to reach $50k a month. For example:

Path

Mix

Monthly target

Community-led

~515 members × $97

~$50k

Sprint-led

~17 clients × $2,997

~$51k

Blended (most realistic)

~200 members + 5 sprint clients + steady low-ticket sales

~$50k+

The blended path is the one to build toward: the community grows the audience, the sprint monetises the warm leads, and the low-ticket product brings new people in constantly. Three engines, one goal.

Why it works

Anyone can build a sales page. Building an ecosystem — where the offers feed each other, the stack stays simple, and the business has several ways to reach its number — is strategy. That’s the work I love: not just the pages and the automations, but the architecture underneath that makes a business resilient and scalable.

Grit & Bloom didn’t need another standalone product. They needed a system where every follower has a next step and every level builds the one above it. That’s what turns an audience into a business.
